PLOS Genetics is a peer-controlled open access journal that is published monthly by PLOS. 7 PLOS is one of four journals in the journal, as community magazine geniƟ (PLOS Computational Biology, with PLOS Pathogens, and PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases) and aims to demonstrate the full breadth and the interdisciplinary nature of genetics and genomics by publishing original contributions from all areas of biology.
