Tezkire-i Osmaniye, identity card used in the time of Ottoman Empire. In this document, the name of the person, the name of his parents, date of birth, hometown, village, neighborhood, religious, sect, eye color, order and date of the issuance or information would have been included. These identities, which were prepared as a single page on a large paper, were also called "head paper" because they were carried in fez or titles. These identities, which were first introduced in 1863 under the name of Tezkire, later became known as the biography of influence (1908).
