Anna O. or her real name Bertha Pappenheim is the first female patient in the history of psychoanalysis . Vienna's Bertha Pappenheim (1859-1936) became famous on the axis of Sigmund Freud and Josef Breuer under the name Anna O. Anna O. After his father's death, he suffered severe headaches . In 1880, he met with Josef Breuer and gave him detailed information about his illness, and shared his fantasies and assumptions with no symptoms. Interviews with Breuer mainly hypnosistechnique. These conversations took the form of an original treatment in a "real clinical strategy" over time. Anna O. interpreted this as "talking therapy." Later on, this method was seen as the harbinger of psychoanalytic technique and it was extended by Breuer and Freud as "catharsis method". Bertha Pappenheim became one of the cult people in the history of Feminism with the struggle in the later years .
