The Bajo Nuevo Bank (Spanish: Bajo Nuevo, Islas Petrel) is a reign led by Colombia in the west of the Caribbean Sea.

The reef was first shown in the 1634 maps of the Netherlands and took its name in 1654. Bajo Nuevo was rediscovered by the British pirate John Glover in 1660. The island is now administratively linked to the San Andrés and Providencia department. On the reef there is a dispute of sovereignty between Colombia, Jamaica, Nicaragua and the United States.
