Money ( Cyrillic alphabet : пара, Pâre to Turkish and Persian pārah , from the "piece")is a currency used in the Ottoman Empire . Turkey , Montenegro , Albania and Yugoslavia 'is used. It isthe subunit of thecurrent Serbian Dinar . It was equivalent to 1/40 of the cent in the Ottoman Empire and 3 akçe in earlier periods . At various times, equal to 2.5 grams of coin was equal to 1/100 of silver coins or Lira. Today's Turkish Lira is divided into penny and has no modern usage. In Serbia, it has been used since the 19th century. In addition, between 1906 and 1918, the existing Montenegrin Perperi was transformed into 100 pare subunits. It was used as currency in Albania until 1926.
